Those logs reported only when backingstore is enabled, persistence type set to "SharedAll", Database Type "Oracle" and Strategy set to "Oracle".
TIBCO BusinessEvents uses the OracleConnectionCacheManager when Oracle Database Strategy selected.
The log record prints the connection cache settings for the Oracle connection. TIBCO BusinessEvnets set ImplicitCachingEnabled to true and StatementCacheSize to 160.
