Description
When trying to define the misclassification costs for CHAID and C&RT under Interactive-trees, the option is greyed out.

Resolution
1. Misclassification costs are not used in the computations of the CHAID tree growing, therefore, the option of defining misclassification costs is greyed out in CHAID analysis.
2. For C&RT analysis, this option is available only after the dependent variable codes (classes) is selected. To enable it, click the "Response codes" button on the Quick tab.
