Missing map chart labels when data imported via Information Link

Description
Map chart data may be stored in a database accessed via an Information Link, but Labels don't always display. Certain conditions must be met for the labels to be shown.
Issue/Introduction
When map chart data is brought in via an Information Link, the labels will not display if certain conditions are not met.
Environment
Product: TIBCO Spotfire (desktop client / Analyst / Professional)
Version: All supported versions
OS: All supported Operating Systems
Resolution
Three things to check in the data:
1) All location fields must be imported in the Information Link. There must be data in XMin, YMin, XMax, YMax, XCenter and YCenter.
2) For the Column Element for each of the location columns (XMin, YMin, XMax, YMax, XCenter and YCenter) expand the "Properties" section and add a Property called "MapChart.ColumnTypeId" with a value that matches the column name.
3) The data type for these fields must be set to "Real".
Once this data is filled in the labels should be displayed as expected.
