Move TIBCO Scribe® Online Solutions To A New Agent

  1. Stop the current TIBCO Scribe® Online On-Premise Agent on the old server via Windows Services.
  2. On the new server, log into TIBCO Scribe® Online.
  3. Select the Add button on the Agent Dashboard widget to install a new TIBCO Scribe® Online Agent on the new server.
  4. Select Solutions.
  5. Edit each of your Solutions to use the new TIBCO Scribe® Online Agent installed on the new server.
  6. When there are no Solutions associated with the old TIBCO Scribe® Online Agent, select Dashboard.
  7. Use the Delete option on the Gear menu for the old Agent and delete the old TIBCO Scribe® Online Agent on the old server.
  8. On the old server, in Windows, open the Control Panel and navigate to Programs and Features.
  9. Uninstall the old TIBCO Scribe® Online Agent.
  10. When the Agent is uninstalled, remove the TIBCO Scribe® Online Agent folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Scribe Software.
