Framework Version: v4.0.30319One of the reasons for this issue is because of corrupted installation files. Please follow the steps below:
1). Uninstall Spotfire.
2). Delete all the contents in the Settings folder of C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\TIBCO\Spotfire\x.x .This is typically located under the C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\TIBCO) folders. Note that the AppData folder is a hidden folder. This location may be different based on how Spotfire is installed at your location.
3). Delete the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\TIBCO\Spotfire
4). Delete files from the following folders:
C:\Windows\Temp
