Description

After running the Domain Utility on the Admin server and its client machines to change the JDBC URL for a domain, the Machines console of the Admin GUI showed the error below in the Details page with the old JDBC URL. HawkAgent.log also showed the same error.

Resolution

The error is related to Hawk monitoring. Check the HawkEvent.cfg file to confirm if the JDBC URL has also been updated. If not, update the JDBC URL and restart hawkevent.

Issue/Introduction

Unable to initialize JDBC Connection with “ORA-28000: the account is locked” in the Details page of the Machines console after changing the JDBC URL for a domain with the error showing the old JDBC URL.
