An Organization represents the company or other site that is using Scribe Online. Administrators for a Parent Organization can create and manage Child Organizations, which represent companies who are directly linked to the Parent Organization. Child Organizations are contained within a Parent Organization created for you by Scribe.
To open a Child Organization:
- Select the Parent Organization and then Child Organization from the Organization drop-down list at the top of the page.
- Select the Parent Organization from the Organization drop-down to display the Child Organizations Dashboard widget. Select the Child Organization from the list.
In either case, after the Child Organization opens, you can create Connections, create and execute Solutions, and perform all the standard Scribe Online tasks. Depending on your privileges, Administrator or User, you may also be able to install or provision Agents and invite other users into your Organization.
