Pre-requisites of installing Statistica Enterprise on Oracle schema :
1. An existing or blank schema on the Oracle server that is dedicated to Statistica. The database schema should have the Roles of - Connect, Resource and DBA.
2. The Enterprise server and all the workstations should have the appropriate bit-width of Oracle client installed (i.e 64-bit Oracle client for 64-bit Statistica /32.bit Oracle client for 32-bit Statistica)
3. The workstations should have access to the Oracle server, i.e they should be on the same network.Ports that Oracle uses should be open.
4. The tnsnames.ora file that defines connection details to the Oracle server should be in place. The data source should be the connection description in tnsnames.ora
5. Username and Password to connect to the Oracle server.
