Description

To override the default behavior:
  1. Log in to Salesforce.
  2. Navigate to  Setup -> Customize -> User Interface
  3. Locate the setting labeled Enable "Set Audit Fields upon Record Creation" and "Update Records with Inactive Owners" User Permissions and enable it.
After enabling the override permission, you need to grant the user this profile permission.
