Problem in upgrading BW Application from Administrator GUI

Description
After upgrading the domain from an old version to a new version, when upgrading an application from the Administrator GUI, "There is nothing to upgrade" message is reported.

Resolution
Check if a higher version of BusinessWorks has been installed in the BW_HOME directory. Also check if the Upgraded version of BW is visible in the Installed Software list.
Upgraded version of BW should be installed in the TIBCO_HOME directory and it should be visible in the Installed Software list.
