Description

Problems with plugins installed in the TIBCO iProcess Workspace (Windows). 

The following errors are generated when the first procedure is opened:

 
- Failed to load the iProcess plug-in library <eaijava.eag>
 
- Failed to load the iProcess plug-in library <eai_bw.eag>
 
- Failed to load the iProcess plug-in library <EAI_TRANSFORM.eag>

Resolution

The SW_CLIENTCLASSPATH environment variable is set correctly. The plugin-in needs to source the Java JVM library file (jvm.dll) to start a Java Virtual Machine. The PATH environment variable must hold the location of the jvm.dll file from a 32-bit JAVA JRE. The following must be added to the start of the Windows PATH environment variable:

Java 1.7
    JRE_HOME\bin\client

Java 1.8
    JRE_HOME\bin\client
    JRE_HOME\bin
