Please follow below steps before requesting new MOM key and secret for your new ML Cluster with TIBCO Mashery Support team via SFDC case.
1. Before requesting for new MOM key and secret, please reach out to your Mashery CSM and get their email approval for requesting new MOM key and secret.
2. Send us the copy of the approved email from CSM via SFDC case along with additional details ahead which includes area id for which you would like to have new cluster synced up and the preferred cluster name so that we could request our operations team to generate new MOM key and secret for your new cluster.
