Description

Issue:  Scribe Insight license allows User-Defined Processor Groups, but the <Add> and <Edit> buttons in the Integration Server Properties window are greyed out.

Resolution:
  1. Contact Scribe Support to confirm the serial number is configured to allow user-defined Processor Groups.  When confirmed, proceed to Step 2.
  2. Launch the Console.
  3. In the Scribe Console, right-click on the Integration Server node. On the shortcut menu, click Pause All Integration Components.
  4. Watch the Pending Integration Processes box for all integration processes to finish running.
  5. Close the Console.
  6. Open your Windows Services window and stop the 5 Scribe services.
  7. Launch the Scribe Workbench.
  8. Navigate to Help > About Scribe Insight.  Copy the serial number to the Clipboard.
  9. Navigate to Help > Unregister this Computer.
  10. Click Yes to continue.  The Workbench closes.
  11. Launch the Scribe Workbench and follow the process to register online.
  12. Start the 5 Scribe services.
  13. Launch the Console.
  14. Right-click on the Integration Server node. On the shortcut menu, click Resume All Integration Components.
