Description
TIBCO iProcess Engine (iPE) may not start normally with RPC_TCP_LI in a SUSPENDED state.

Environment
All supported Windows environments
Resolution
Please check if any security software like Symantec, Endgame, etc is scanning the contents of the iProcess installation directory (SWDIR) where iPE is installed. If you do, please whitelist the contents of SWDIR so it does not flag or remove any files (eg., swdeploy.dll, deploy.dll) that may prevent iPE to start normally.
