Description

I added new custom objects in Salesforce but I am unable to see them in my DTS Configure Steps window.  How can I refresh the Salesforce connection metadata?
 

Resolution

Follow the steps below to refresh the metadata for your Salesforce connection.
  1. In the TIBCO Scribe® Insight Workbench, open the DTS with the Salesforce connection.
  2. Open the Connection Manager by selecting the Connections icon or navigating to View > Connections.
  3. Select the Salesforce connection and click Edit.

  1. Select the DTS Connection Settings tab, and click Adapter Settings.

  1. Click Refresh Metadata.

  1. The progress bar will be displayed.  Once complete, close the Workbench and re-open the DTS.
