Relationships In Salesforce Entities

Description
A number of Salesforce entities, such as Case and Task, can have polymorphic relationships. These relationships are seen through TIBCO Scribe® Online, but are not currently supported in Salesforce. Therefore, using these relationships in TIBCO Scribe® Online IS Solutions results in the following fatal error:

Resolution
If you receive this error, best practice is to change your TIBCO Scribe® Online Maps to perform a lookup to find the related record fields by using a Lookup Block. See Lookup Block in the TIBCO Scribe® Online Help.
