Requests to the TDV OData data service intermittently returns a 404 error.

Description
Calls to a TDV data service via OData may result in intermittent 404 errors.
You may see the error go away on its own or from a reboot of TDV.

Issue/Introduction
This article concerns an OData issue that can be verified in this description.
Resolution
You can temporarily remedy this error by saving any manual edit in the data service (in Studio).
Saving any dummy text edit in the data service's Annotation field seen in the data service's Info tab will suffice.
This is likely a preferable workaround as opposed to a reboot of the TDV service.
In either way, this step will prompt our server to re-publish the OData serivces, as seen periodically in our cs_server.log:

This 404 issue has been fixed beginning in TDV v7.0.6.00.01 (hotfix 1)
