Description

Are you using the TIBCO Cloud™ Spotfire® web client to connect to data sources that have been configured to allow for access from the specific IP addresses specified by Spotfire (a common example would be cloud data sources like Azure SQL or Amazon Redshift)? If so, please note that the list of IP addresses used by TIBCO Cloud Spotfire changed on September 28, 2023, with new IP addresses added and the old IP addresses removed.

To allow for uninterrupted, continued access to your data sources, make sure to allow for access from the new IP addresses listed below. Setting up the access rules is often a task for the data source administrator.

IP addresses to allow

To allow for access to the data source from the TIBCO Cloud Spotfire web client, the following IP addresses should be allowed in the data source.
Note: Depending on the TIBCO Cloud region you have selected for your Spotfire subscription (to check your region, click on the icon in the top right of the TIBCO Cloud website toolbar), the IP addresses to allow are different.

For users of the US, Oregon region

44.226.153.192
52.43.69.35
52.11.109.219

For users of the Europe, Ireland region

Note: The information above is only applicable for TIBCO Cloud Spotfire web client, which is run on cloud servers administered by TIBCO. For installed clients, such as TIBCO Cloud Spotfire Analyst, or on-premise web clients that run on your company's own servers, the IP addresses used depend on your equipment and configuration.
