On a LG400 the files required to be backed up reside in E:\Program Files\LogLogic\Lasso Enterprise\. If Lasso Enterprise was installed on the C: drive, browse to C:\Program Files\LogLogic\Lasso Enterprise\.
Back up the following files:

- and the entire folder EventQueueRepository
