Description
If you are experiencing any of the following issues whilst connecting to the TIBCO Nimbus Cloud Service and the Classic Author please follow the resolution listed
1. Application does not open and a "Citrix Receiver detection" page shown 2. Screen does not render correctly and does not show the complete application 3. Unable to see local drives maps when saving or exporting within the Nimbus Classic Author 4. Cursor blinks and is not responsive when logged into the Nimbus Classic Author

How to resolve common issues experienced with connecting to the Classic Author of TIBCO Nimbus Cloud Service

Resolution
In order to resolve the above issues please follow the steps below
1. Make sure you are using a supported browser (For example - Edge, Chrome or Firefox) 2. Download and Install the latest Citrix plugin (Workspace) 3. If you have multiple monitors - make sure the resolution is consistent between them 4. Clear your Internet browser cache 5. Ensure you are using the correct URL for login: https://client.nimbus-cloud.com 6. If you see a page appear that prompts you to "Detect Receiver" please click on this option 7. If you see a page appear that says "We are detecting if Citrix Receiver is already installed" please click on the "Already installed" option 8. If you are not prompted with any of the above but still have issues in seeing your local drive mappings please follow the below: a) Whilst logged in at https://client.nimbus-cloud.com go to the top right and click on the gear icon b) Click on "Change Citrix Receiver" c) If you see a page appear that prompts you to "Detect Receiver" please click on this option d) If you see a page appear that says "We are detecting if Citrix Receiver is already installed" please click on the "Already installed" option
