Resolution
By design, restarter checks the folders under resources\gridlib directory. Scanning is done by restarter to check if any new version of exe/grid libraries needs to be updated before restarting the engines. Antivirus Softwares like Norton (on-access scanners) or Cyber Security Softwares like fireeye (I/O scanners), slows down the scanning of folders, which in turn slows down the restart on invoke.exe. You need to exclude engine directory from the scanners to resolve the longer delay during restart.
