Retirement Notice ,  Revised on August 04, 2022 :   The End of Support is now changed from Dec 31, 2022 to the new date Jun 30, 2023 .

Revised Retirement Notice:

TIBCO is revising the official End of Support Date , the new date will now be Jun 30, 2023.  TIBCO will officially end support for the release 4.4.3 of TIBCO Cloud API Management LE (Formerly known as Mashery Local -ML) , this action will take effect on June 30, 2023.

We will stop accepting new cases on TIBCO APIM 4.4.3 formerly TIBCO ML 4.4.3 after June 30,2023. Any existing cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, June 30, 2023.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from our TIBCO Support Portal  and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from our portal to all customers beyond the retirement date.

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and we request our Customers to migrate  as soon as possible, to a supported release of our newer version. 

Please refer to the section “Upgrade guide from version 4.x to 5.x architecture” in the TIBCO Mashery Local 4.4.3 Hotfix1 package - release notes (available in the Downloads section on support.tibco.com) or in our TIBCO APIM LE 5.5.1 release (available at https://eDelivery.tibco.com)

The upgrade path will depend on your usage of oAuth tokens:

• For customers with no OAuth usage, you can install APIM LE 5.5.1 Tethered and sync with the area using a new MoM key.
• For customers with OAuth usage and want to retain the old active tokens, you will need to use the utility available in TIBCO Mashery Local (ML) 4.4.3 HF1. This utility helps to migrate and sync existing tokens from TIBCO ML Edition 4.4.3 to TIBCO APIM Local Edition 5.5.1. It does not include changes or additions of any new API management features to  the ML 4.4.3 version. This release is cumulative and may be applied over any other Mashery Local 4.4.2 release.
