Description
When Starting the TIBCO SAP Adapter, the Adapter fails to start throwing the following error.
"Operation error: unable to create Tibrv Session for DefaultRVCMQSession(MRvSession)."
The error occurs when the RVCMQ session is not created.
"Operation error: unable to create Tibrv Session for DefaultRVCMQSession(MRvSession)."

Issue/Introduction
SAP Adapter fails to start throwing the following error in the console window.
"Operation error: unable to create Tibrv Session for DefaultRVCMQSession(MRvSession)."
Resolution
Scenario -1
"Operation error: unable to create Tibrv Session for DefaultRVCMQSession(MRvSession)." is a general error message. The error occurs if the CMQ Name of the DefaultRVCMQ Session is more than the 50 characters in length. The RVCMQ Session will not be created because it is violating the Syntax rules of the RV Subject Name. Make sure that the name of the RVCMQ session is no more than 50 characters.
Scenario -2
"Operation error: unable to create Tibrv Session for DefaultRVCMQSession(MRvSession)." is a general error message. The error occurs if you are using RV version 8.4.2 32- bit on a 64-bit Windows operating system. In order to overcome the above scenario, apply hot-fix 01 with RV version 8.4.2 .
Scenario-3
"Operation error: unable to create Tibrv Session for DefaultRVCMQSession(MRvSession)." is a general error message. The error occurs if you have applied the RV version 8.4.2 hot-fix 01 to the 64-bit RV version 8.4.2. Remove the hot- fix and the error will be resolved.
