SSO error when logging in to the TIBCO Support portal
Resolution
- If you have logged in successfully before, please try again using the following:
- Incognito mode in your browser (Internet Explorer & Firefox: press the Ctrl+Shift+P. For Chrome: press the Ctrl+Shift+N)
- Clear the cache on your regular browser and try again
- If you continue getting the SSO error or received the SSO error when logging in the first time, send an email to support@tibco.com. The email will create a case for assistance. A member of the TAC (Technical Assistance Center) team will be able to investigate further.
