Resolution

  1. If you have logged in successfully before, please try again using the following:
    • Incognito mode in your browser (Internet Explorer & Firefox: press the Ctrl+Shift+P. For Chrome: press the Ctrl+Shift+N)
    • Clear the cache on your regular browser and try again
  2. If you continue getting the SSO error or received the SSO error when logging in the first time, send an email to support@tibco.com. The email will create a case for assistance. A member of the TAC (Technical Assistance Center) team will be able to investigate further.
