If you have SSO enabled on your Nimbus installation, and find that it is working in some web browsers, but not others, it is likely that a security policy or browser specific setting is preventing SSO working correctly (for example SSO works correctly in Internet Explorer, but not via Google Chrome).

Resolution
You would need to contact your IT team and ask them to investigate this, as they may need to change certain policies that could be preventing SSO from working.
NOTE: If you cannot get SSO working in any browser, please do contact us via the support portal, so that we can look at your SSO configuration within Nimbus, and ensure that it is set up correctly.
