When you delete records in Salesforce, those records are currently retained in the Salesforce Recycle Bin for 15 days. Records that are retained in the Recycle Bin and are older than 15 days are permanently deleted from Salesforce and are no longer available to be processed by TIBCO Scribe® Online Solutions.

Because of this limitation, the best practice is to run your TIBCO Scribe® Online Salesforce Solutions at least once every 15 days if you want to include deleted items.

For example, if the Salesforce Recycle Bin retention period is 15 days and the time between your RS solution runs is greater than 15 days, any records deleted in Salesforce since your last RS solution run and more than 15 days ago will not update the SCRIBE_DELETEDON field in your target RS database tables.  For this example, the best practice is to run your Salesforce RS solutions at least once every 15 days.
