Description

Scheduled update jobs get stuck in showing status "IN_PROGRESS".

In the Spotfire Administration UI > Scheduling & Routing > Activity, the Scheduled Update rule show status "IN_PROGRESS" and never gets to status "COMPLETED".

In the Web Player log, one might see that log entries for
"Send life cycle event 'MemoryStatusChangedMonitoringEvent: Status Ok..."
and
"Send life cycle event synchronously 'Spotfire.Dxp.Framework.Monitoring.OpenedAnalysisLifeCycleEvent'..."

However, in the server log only the 'MemoryStatusChangedMonitoringEvent' is seen.

In the Web Player log file, it may not be a single piece of information about communication issues at this time - it seems like 'OpenedAnalysisLifeCycleEvent' is just getting lost. That is - Spotfire Server does not get the message that the load is completed, which causes the Scheduled Updates job to stay in an infinite wait with status "IN_PROGRESS".

Issue/Introduction
