TIBCO Scribe® has released a Connector for ServiceNow to integrate service requests and track resolution progress across systems.
Features include support for the following operations and entities:
Query, Create, Delete, and Update operations are supported for all ServiceNow entities. To access entities other than those listed below, the table names of those entities must be included in the Table Filter field of the ServiceNow connection dialog in Scribe Online.
Default entities include:
- sc_request
- sc_request_item
- incident
NOTE: To access any changes to metadata support, such as new operations, entities, or fields, reset metadata for the Connection. See
Resetting Metadata in the TIBCO® Scribe Online Help.
