Description
When using TIBCO Scribe® Insight, the 7.1 Progress text file driver date for 2020 will be returned as 1920 instead of 2020.
Issue/Introduction
Scribe® Insight 7.1 Progress text file driver is returning "1920" as the date for year "2020"
Resolution
This issue can be resolved by updating the Century Boundary within the Text file ODBC connection advanced settings.
1. Navigate on the TIBCO Scribe Insight application server to ODBC Data Sources (32bit)> Select "System DSN" > Scroll down until you see your Text File connection name, select it and hit Configure
2. In the Configuration Screen > Select "Advanced" > The last field on the "Advanced" screen will be the "Century Boundary"
3. Update the Century Boundary to another Century in the future, for example updating the value to "90" corisponds to the year limit of "2090"
4. Select Apply and then OK
