Description
Customers from IBI are familiar with our optional secure file upload. For those asking for it now please read the 'Resolution' section of this article.
Issue/Introduction
ibi used to have a method for secure file upload. What about Cloud Software Group?
Resolution
All of the files that you upload to our support system which is running on Salesforce is SSL enabled by default. Content is stored in an S3 bucket, which is encrypted. Access to content is only available to support members and all access is logged.
