Description
The Admin password enables privileges needed to perform administrative functions in the OpenSpirit installation. The password is not needed when running under the account used to create the OpenSpirit master configuration. However, the password is needed to perform administrative functions using a different account (For example a Satellite installation).

Resolution
Every OpenSpirit installation uses the Master Admin password to toggle in Admin mode.
If the client is unsure about the Master Admin password, they can follow the following procedure:
Step 1: Open the OpenSpirit Install config manager, and stop the Shared Services as shown below: (You must be the owner of the OpenSpirit account)
Step 2: Click on the edit button 
Step 3: Enter and confirm the new password.
Step 4: Re-start the Shared Services.
This procedure will reset the Admin password.
