Issue/Introduction
In this article you will see what may cause the error "The analysis could not be opened because no web player services are available in resource pool(s)" when opening a report on a web browser for a Sites and how to resolve it.
Resolution
You may not have configed a set-public-address for the original site. In the above, only new site that were created had it's public address set. Each site needs this. The configured public address will be used when generating absolute URLs. A public address must be configured if the Spotfire Server is accessed through a load balancer or reverse proxy.
