Description
1. While implementing firewall rules you need to whitelist all regions from which requests should be passed. This will allow Mashery proxy to send request to Mashery from that particular region.
2. You need to Whitelist all Traffic Manager IPs and Monitoring server regions.
3. Mashery couldn't connect to host unless the regions are whitelisted.
