Description
By default in the tooltips, white text on black background gets dispalyed but if you want to display tooltips as black text on a light background then follow the resolution section.

Resolution
The option to show tool tips as black text on light background is present at two places in TIBCO Spotfire Professional/Analyst(Client). One is for new analysis file and other is for updating an old/existing analysis file.
1) If you want to do this for new analysis then use the following option:
Spotfire Analyst(Client) >> Tools Menu >> Option Menu >> Document >> Show tool tips as black text on light background
2) If you want to use this in an old analysis then use the following option:
Spotfire Analyst(Client) >> Edit Menu> > Document properties >> Show tool tips as black text on light background
1) If you want to do this for new analysis then use the following option:
Spotfire Analyst(Client) >> Tools Menu >> Option Menu >> Document >> Show tool tips as black text on light background
2) If you want to use this in an old analysis then use the following option:
Spotfire Analyst(Client) >> Edit Menu> > Document properties >> Show tool tips as black text on light background
