Spotfire Cloud Work Group users do not have access to the Spotfire SDK and scripting.

Resolution
This behavior is by design. As such kind of customization requires access to the TIBCO Spotfire Server for packages to be deployed.
Spotfire server access is not available/provided for Spotfire Cloud users.
