Description
Spotfire administrators may encounter challenges starting Node Manager services such as Web Player and Automation Services, or keeping them up and running, because of a potential conflict with Trend Micro Antivirus scans.

Resolution
As a workaround, it is recommended to exclude the Spotfire installation folder and sub-folders from Trend Micro Antivirus scans. A potential permanent fix for this issue is being investigated.
