Description
After creating a report, selecting Print Preview causes Statistica to crash.
Cause: One known cause is the STATNOVAPDF (or Statistica PDF) is not the default printer.

Crash occurs when clicking on the Print Preview button when a report is selected
Environment
Windows operating systems only.
Resolution
SOLUTION 1
1. Open Printers and Devices (or search for Printers and Scanners in Windows 10)
2. Set the STATNOVA (or Statistica PDF for 13.3 and later) as the default printer. Below, setting the Statistica PDF printer to "Default" in Windows 10:

Turn off the 'Advanced Graphics Rendering' in the Option settings by following these steps:
1. With Statistica open, select File | Settings and then click Options
2. Click on the small plus icon to the left of Graphs to expand the options
3. Click Rendering and uncheck the 'Enable advanced graphics rending' at the top and click 'OK':
