Description

So if the scheduled report is not set to be saved to C:\WebSTATISTICAPub\RepositoryRoot\JOBS\, then the job will not be saved if WebSTATISTICA service is restarted or is stopped.  

'Save Report to Web Enterprise Reports' is not selected

When the WebStatistica (Statistica Server) results is viewed, an error occurs:

Job still in list of jobs completed


Error:

Error of 'failed to perform operation, job not found'

Issue/Introduction

When the WebStatistica service is restarted, all report information is lost unless the box to "Save Report to Web Enterprise Report" is checked in the report output in Enterprise Manager.

Environment

Windows operating systems only. Statistica Server (WebStatistica).

Resolution

For the information to persist after a service restart, the "Save Report to Web Enterprise Reports" box must be checked (click the "Commit" button at the top left to save all changes), as below:

Check the "Save Report to Web Enterprise Reports" box in Output Options


All reports that do run are saved in following location:  C:\WebSTATISTICAPub\RepositoryRoot\JOBS\<user>
