TIBCO Statistica Installation Instructions, located here https://docs.tibco.com/pub/stat/13.5.0/doc/pdf/TIB_stat_13.5_installation.pdf?id=2, does not mention the need to run the installer as administrator. When the installer is not launched as administrator, the installation may fail.

We recommend running the setup.exe as administrator.
1. Extract or unzip the installer file.
2. Open either Install64 (or Install32), right-click on setup.exe, and select "Run as administrator":
