Description
Following are the steps to be followed by a Cloud user, in order to view his/her payment history:
- Login to TIBCO Cloud Account.
- Click on Subscriptions tab in the horizontal menu.
- On this page you will be able to view a section named "Payment History" on the right side.
- Click on "View payment history". This will open a window with a list of previous payments that can be expanded to be viewed.
- The user can directly browse to Manage -->Subscription using following link here: https://account.cloud.tibco.com/manage/subscription
- The user can refer docs https://account.cloud.tibco.com/cloud/docs/purchase/index.html
