The TIBCO Scribe® Online Connector for SugarCRM has been tested against SugarCRM 7.9.0, and validated SugarCRM features supported by the Connector for prior versions of SugarCRM continue to be supported for SugarCRM 7.9.0.

With all supported versions of SugarCRM, the following Known Issue was found:

If Debug and Trace logging settings are enabled on the Agent, using Insert or Update operations generates an error similar to the following:

Type 'Newtonsoft.Json.Linq.JToken' is a recursive collection data contract which is not supported. Consider modifying the definition of collection 'Newtonsoft.Json.Linq.JToken' to remove references to itself.

Workaround: Select the Agent from the Dashboard to open the Edit Agent dialog.  Make sure that Debug and Trace options are disabled, then run the Solution again. (D26222)
