Please note that this article is applicable to supported versions of TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.x and 6.x that list HP-UX Itanium as a supported platform.
Due to HP-UX Itanium hardware no longer being available for sale our ability to support TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.x and 6.x on HP-UX Itanium platform will be limited starting Feb 28, 2021. For further details on HP-UX Itanium Support Policy, please refer to https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getpdf.aspx/4aa4-7673enw.pdf.
Customers running TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.x and 6.x on HP-UX Itanium are advised to migrate to another supported platform. Any issues logged against TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.x and 6.x with HP-UX Itanium after Feb 28, 2021 will encounter the following limitations:
• Staging of issues by TIBCO will be on an operating system that is supported by TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.x and 6.x.
• Our ability to address any HP-UX platform dependent issues will be limited.
The end of support dates published in TIBCO’s version support policy (https://www.tibco.com/resources/datasheet/tibco-support-guide) are not affected by the above limitations and remain unchanged.
