| Retirement Notice Originally Published: December 1, 2019 Retirement Notice Revised March 24, 2020: The End of Support date was changed from December 31, 2020 to March 31, 2021 and missing version 6.2.0 was added. Revised Retirement Notice: TIBCO is officially ending support for 6.2.0 and 6.2.1 release of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for PDF. This action will take effect on March 31, 2021. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Please check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. During the next 12 months or more from the announcement date to actually end of support date, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hot-fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date. One year extended Support is offered on version 6.2.1 till March 31, 2022. |
