TIBCO is officially ending support for version 3.1 and 3.2 release of TIBCO BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor server.  This action will take effect on February 2, 2022.

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Please check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://support.tibco.com/s/hotfixes: Console-->Home -->Right hand Top Corner --> Download Menu -->Hotfixes --> “/AvailableDownloads/BusinessWorks/Plugins/BWPM/) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months or more from the announcement date to actually end of support date, Support will answer product questions of version 3.1 and 3.2, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hot-fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
