Retirement Notice Revised November 13, 2018:  Affected product versions changed from 5.6.x to 5.6.3

TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.6.3 of TIBCO LogLogic Log Management Intelligence (LMI) and Enterprise Virtual Appliance (EVA). This action will take effect on September 30, 2019.

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on versions 5.6.3 will no longer be accepted after September 30, 2019. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, September 30, 2019.

Available knowledge base articles and hotfixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support website to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.
