TIBCO officially ended support for the following product versions, as of 11:59 pm Pacific Time on January 31, 2017, per the end of support information previously published on Cicso's website:

• TIBCO Data Virtualization 6.2 (previously known as Cisco Information Server 6.2)

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.  Cases will not be accepted after the retirement date above. 

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Spotfire Support Web Site to all customers beyond the above retirement date.
