TIBCO is officially ending support for version 8.2 family of TIBCO Data Virtualization. This action will take effect on February 28, 2023. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

Till February 28, 2023, Support will answer product questions, but no new defect corrections, in the form of hotfixes or service packs will be provided.

Cases on the releases being retired will no longer be accepted after February 28, 2023. Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, February 28, 2023.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com), where existing hotfixes will also continue to be available to all customers beyond the retirement date.
