Retirement Notice Revised - June 09, 2022: The End of Support date was changed from January 31, 2023 to May 31, 2023

TIBCO is officially ending support for version 8.3 family of TIBCO Data Virtualization. This action will take effect on May 31, 2023. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

Till May 31, 2023, Support will answer product questions, but no new defect corrections, in the form of hotfixes or service packs will be provided.

Cases on the releases being retired will no longer be accepted after May 31, 2023. Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, May 31, 2023.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com), where existing hotfixes will also continue to be available to all customers beyond the retirement date.

Note: Some release versions of TIBCO Data Virtualization products are designated as Long Term Support (LTS) versions. Please refer to the following page for more information about LTS releases: https://docs.tibco.com/pub/tdv/general/LTS/tdv_LTS_releases.htm. As part of your upgrade planning, please make sure to determine what type of release - LTS or Mainstream (non-LTS) - best suits your needs.
