TIBCO is officially ending support for release 6.3 of TIBCO Spotfire Data Science product family.

This action will take effect on March 31, 2020. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

Till March 31, 2020, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Cases on the releases being retired will no longer be accepted after March 31, 2020. Cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, March 31, 2020.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com) to all customers beyond the retirement date.
