TIBCO is officially ending support for releases 6.3.1, 6.3.2, 6.3.3, 6.3.4, 6.3.5 of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks. This action will take effect on February 29, 2020. Although the 6.3.x releases of this product are already obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Software Product eDelivery Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com/) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Service Requests on 6.3.1, 6.3.2, 6.3.3, 6.3.4, 6.3.5 will no longer be accepted after February 29, 2020. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, February 29, 2020. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles and hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Portal to all customers beyond the retirement date.
